Prior to becoming principal investigator in the "Camarillo Project", Dr. Woodard was an understudy of Orville T. Bailey, M.D., professor of Neuropathology at Indiana State University School of Medicine. On a smaller scale, he conducted autopsy studies at several Indiana State Hospitals under the direct supervision of Professor Bailey.
